The HCLU has issued its opinion on the draft of the Act on the Protection of Humangenetic Data

The HCLU believes in the importance regulating this matter, thus we have already issued our opinion regarding the overall conception and also the draft itself. In general, we consider the regulations on the handling of genetic data to be apt, though some issues remain insufficiently addressed or not considered at all, despite the fact that HCLU has brought lawmakers attention to these issues.
