About me
I'm an HCLU founder and a member of its Executive Committee. I received my law diploma in 1986 after passing the Bar exam in 1991, and began working as an attorney. I became involved with human rights in 1988 while working at the Independent Legal Defense Service. In 1991 I worked at the National Psychology and Neurology Institute, where I joined in the work for patients' rights. From 1992, I began counseling and representing drug users. In 1994, the HCLU was founded and ever since then I've been a part of it with varying intensity but with an unchanging dedication. My private life is my own business :)
Why the HCLU?
It is important for me to make the decisions effecting my life, myself. It is also important to me that others have this right too. To guarantee that authorities only breach these rights with due cause, the restrictions on State power have to be clear, unambiguous and governments have to be accountable. We form the world we live in. The HCLU is an opportunity for me to perhaps live in an agreeable world.
