The HCLU helped the UNAIDS PCB NGO Delegation to produce a video spot for its 2011 Report that offers several recommendations to the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) board and its Member States with regards to HIV strategies and related laws and policies.
