HCLU goes to Constitutional Court

HCLU is appealing to the Constitutional Court requesting to eliminate the rule passed in late October, 2006.
The rule in question was passed by the General Assembly of the Municipality restricting the public space usage in the Capitol. That means the violation of the Right to Assamble.
