The Hungarian Civil Liberties Union together with the Nonprofit Information and Training Centre Foundation (NIOK) invited the most successful non-profit organizations of Central and Eastern Europe, who have great and working fundraising practices and were ready to share those with other participating partners. East East Beyond Borders Program of Open Society Foundations provided funding for this initiative.
